- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the iGaming and entertainment industries, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Utilize technical expertise and a deep understanding of the iGaming and entertainment industries to effectively communicate and demonstrate the value of Cloudflare's solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement tailored solutions for clients, taking into consideration their specific needs and challenges.
- Act as a technical advisor and consultant for clients, providing guidance and support on best practices and strategies for utilizing Cloudflare's solutions.
- Conduct technical workshops, trainings, and presentations to educate clients on the features and benefits of Cloudflare's products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in order to anticipate and proactively address client needs.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues or roadblocks for clients, working closely with the support team to find solutions.
- Monitor and analyze client usage and performance data, providing insights and recommendations to optimize their use of Cloudflare's solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and support the sales process by providing technical expertise and support.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Cloudflare, representing the company and promoting its solutions at industry events and conferences.
Extensive Technical Knowledge And Experience In The Igaming And Entertainment Industries, Including A Deep Understanding Of The Specific Challenges And Needs Of These Industries.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Managing Complex Solutions For Igaming And Entertainment Clients, With A Focus On Scalability, Reliability, And Performance.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage With And Present To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders At All Levels Of An Organization.
Experience In A Customer-Facing Role, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients And Act As A Trusted Advisor For Their Technical Needs.
In-Depth Understanding Of Cloudflare's Products And Services, As Well As A Strong Knowledge Of Industry Competitors And Trends, In Order To Provide Innovative And Effective Solutions For Clients.
