  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the startup market.
  2. Identify and target potential clients within the startup ecosystem, including attending industry events and networking with key stakeholders.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries.
  4. Conduct thorough market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure a seamless sales process and provide the best solutions for clients.
  6. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals, consistently demonstrating a high level of performance.
  7. Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value and benefits of Cloudflare's products and services.
  8. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while maintaining strong partnerships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  9. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
  10. Mentor and train junior sales team members, sharing best practices and providing guidance to help them meet their targets.
  11. Represent Cloudflare at industry events and conferences, promoting our brand and building relationships with potential clients.
  12. Stay informed on product developments and updates to effectively communicate these to clients and address any questions or concerns they may have.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales processes and strategies, and provide feedback to senior management for consideration.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining accurate sales records and data in the CRM system.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Sales Experience: A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Proven Success In Sales, Preferably In The Technology Or Startup Industry, Demonstrating Consistent Achievement Of Sales Targets And Revenue Goals.

  • Leadership Skills: Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team Of Sales Professionals Towards Success, With A Track Record Of Effectively Managing And Developing Sales Teams.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Startup Industry: Extensive Knowledge Of The Startup Landscape, Including Key Players, Market Trends, And Challenges, To Effectively Identify And Pursue Sales Opportunities.
