
Senior Renewals Account Manager

- Manage and drive the renewals process for enterprise clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of client retention.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies for renewals and upselling.
- Monitor and forecast renewal revenue and identify potential risks in the renewals pipeline.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and technology developments to better serve clients.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Cloudflare's products and services.
- Utilize CRM systems to track and manage client information and renewals data.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including customer success and product, to ensure a seamless renewals process.
- Meet or exceed individual and team targets for renewals and upsells.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the renewals process.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize the renewals process.
- Represent Cloudflare at industry events and conferences to promote our products and services.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and compliance regulations.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Account Management Or Customer Success, Preferably In A Saas Company
Strong Understanding Of Subscription-Based Business Models And Experience Managing Renewals And Retention Strategies
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Renewal Targets And Driving Revenue Growth Through Upselling And Cross-Selling Opportunities
