  1. Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure timely renewals and retention of their business.
  2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to proactively engage with clients and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  4. Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to understand and communicate the value of Cloudflare's solutions to clients.
  5. Analyze client usage and needs to identify potential risks and provide solutions to mitigate them.
  6. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the tech industry and how Cloudflare's solutions can benefit clients.
  7. Track and report on key metrics and KPIs related to client retention and growth.
  8. Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a smooth onboarding and adoption process for new clients.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market changes to inform client interactions and strategies.
  10. Provide feedback and insights to internal teams to continuously improve and enhance the client experience.
  11. Mentor and support junior account managers to develop their skills and knowledge.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador for Cloudflare, representing the company and its values in all client interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Account Management Or A Related Field, Preferably In The Technology Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Renewing Large Enterprise Customer Accounts.

  • Strong Understanding Of Cloud Computing And Saas Products, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Decision Makers.

  • Experience In Developing And Executing Strategic Account Plans, With A Focus On Driving Customer Retention And Growth.
