Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales And Account Management Within The Technology Industry, Preferably In Cloud Services Or Enterprise Software.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Renewal Targets, With A Focus On Driving Customer Retention And Satisfaction.
Strong Understanding Of Cloud Computing And Internet Infrastructure, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
Exceptional Relationship Building And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Influence Senior-Level Decision Makers.
Experience Managing Complex Renewals And Contract Negotiations, With A Strong Attention To Detail And The Ability To Navigate Through Multiple Stakeholders And Approval Processes.
