- Develop and execute pricing strategies for Cloudflare's partner programs, taking into account market trends and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and product, to identify pricing opportunities and drive alignment on pricing decisions.
- Conduct thorough analysis of market data, customer insights, and business objectives to inform and support pricing strategy development.
- Monitor and track pricing performance and make adjustments as needed to optimize profitability and growth.
- Lead the development of pricing guidelines and policies for partner programs to ensure consistency and transparency.
- Provide strategic guidance and direction to the pricing team and other stakeholders, leveraging knowledge and experience in the industry.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in pricing, and proactively identify new opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop pricing proposals and negotiate deals with partners.
- Train and mentor junior pricing team members to develop their skills and knowledge in pricing strategy.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners to understand their needs and preferences and incorporate them into pricing strategies.
- Present pricing strategies and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders, effectively communicating the rationale and expected impact.
- Continuously evaluate and improve pricing processes and systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor and comply with relevant laws and regulations related to pricing in the industry.
- Act as a subject matter expert on partner pricing strategies, providing guidance and support to other teams within the company.
- Represent Cloudflare at industry events and conferences, building relationships with potential partners and promoting the company's pricing strategies.
