
Senior Marketing Manager, Community

- Lead and develop the overall community strategy for Cloudflare, with a focus on building and engaging communities globally.
- Develop and implement creative and impactful community initiatives that align with the company's marketing goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for community engagement and integrate community efforts into overall marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze community engagement and sentiment, using data to inform future strategies and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers and community leaders to expand the reach and impact of our community efforts.
- Plan and execute community events, both online and in-person, to foster connections and build brand loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community building, and proactively suggest new ideas and strategies to drive engagement and growth.
- Manage and track the budget for community initiatives and events.
- Work closely with the content marketing team to create and curate engaging and relevant content for the community.
- Measure and report on the success of community efforts, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Act as a brand ambassador and advocate for Cloudflare in all community interactions.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support in their community building efforts.
- Keep a pulse on competitor activities and industry trends related to community building, and use this knowledge to continuously improve and innovate our strategies.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Senior Marketing Role, Preferably In A Global Technology Company
Demonstrated Experience In Community Engagement And Building Brand Awareness Through Various Channels Such As Social Media, Events, And Partnerships
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team Of Marketing Professionals
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Interact With Senior Stakeholders.
