We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Cybersecurity Audit to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems, products, and services. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing our cybersecurity audit team, conducting risk assessments, and implementing effective security controls.   1. Develop and implement cybersecurity audit strategies and processes to ensure the security and integrity of our systems, products, and services.
  2. Lead and manage a team of cybersecurity auditors, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the team's success.
  3. Conduct risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and areas for improvement in our security protocols.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective security controls and processes.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats and industry best practices to continuously improve our security measures.
  6. Communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior management and provide regular updates on the status of cybersecurity initiatives.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and regulators to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  8. Work closely with our customers to understand their security concerns and provide assurance that their data is protected.
  9. Provide training and guidance to employees on cybersecurity best practices to promote a culture of security awareness.
  10. Continuously assess and improve our cybersecurity audit processes to ensure they are efficient and effective.
  11. Collaborate with our legal team to ensure compliance with privacy laws and regulations.
  12. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on cybersecurity matters to other departments within the company.
  13. Conduct periodic reviews and audits to ensure ongoing compliance with cybersecurity policies and procedures.
  14. Monitor and investigate any potential security incidents and take appropriate action to prevent and mitigate future risks.
  15. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the cybersecurity audit team.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Cyber Security And Information Technology Audit, With A Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In A Senior Management Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Industry Best Practices And Regulatory Requirements Related To Cybersecurity, Such As Pci-Dss, Gdpr, And Iso 27001.

  • Proven Track Record Of Leading And Managing Complex Cybersecurity Audits, Including Risk Assessments, Vulnerability Assessments, And Security Control Reviews.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Audit Findings To Senior Leadership.

  • Advanced Knowledge Of Security Technologies, Tools, And Techniques, As Well As Hands-On Experience With Security Frameworks And Standards, Such As Nist, Cis, And Cobit.
