As the Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business development efforts in Japan, while also managing a team of high-performing Business Development Representatives. We are looking for someone with a strong background in sales and business development, as well as a deep understanding of the Japanese market. - Develop and implement strategic plans for driving growth and establishing strong relationships in the Japanese market.
- Lead and manage a team of Business Development Representatives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to develop and execute effective business development strategies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Japanese market, utilizing market knowledge and industry insights.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors, providing insights and recommendations to inform business development strategies.
- Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities, progress, and results to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads and support in closing deals.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing training and resources to help them achieve their targets and grow in their roles.
- Represent Cloudflare at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and build relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, continuously looking for ways to improve and innovate our business development approach.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Business Development, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Role.
Extensive Knowledge Of The Japanese Market And Business Culture.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Mentoring A Team Of Sales Professionals.
Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, In Both English And Japanese.
