Job Description

Do you have experience leading successful Account Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives in the Americas market? If so, Cloudflare is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to join our growing team as the Americas ABM Lead. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and execute our ABM strategy, driving revenue growth and customer retention for our key accounts in the region.   1. Develop and execute a comprehensive ABM strategy for key accounts in the Americas market.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ABM initiatives with overall marketing and sales goals.
  3. Lead and manage a team of ABM professionals to drive results and achieve growth targets.
  4. Utilize data and analytics to identify opportunities and track performance of ABM programs.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at targeted accounts.
  6. Continuously evaluate and refine the ABM strategy based on market trends and customer insights.
  7. Create and manage ABM campaigns and initiatives, including personalized messaging, content, and events.
  8. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of ABM programs, providing regular updates and recommendations to leadership.
  9. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact of ABM efforts.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in ABM to continuously improve strategies and tactics.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Account Based Marketing: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Developing And Executing Successful Abm Strategies For Large Enterprises In The Americas Region.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Americas Market: The Senior Manager Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Market Dynamics, Trends, And Competitive Landscape In The Americas Region, Particularly In The Technology Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Revenue Growth: The Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Delivering Measurable Results In Terms Of Revenue Growth Through Abm Initiatives. This Includes Building And Managing A Pipeline Of Qualified Leads, Driving Conversions, And Increasing Customer Retention.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Senior-Level Role, The Candidate Should Possess Exceptional Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Lead A Team Of Abm Professionals.

  • Strategic Mindset And Data-Driven Approach: The Senior Manager Should Have A Strategic Mindset And Be Able To Analyze Data To Inform Decision-Making And Optimize Abm Campaigns. This Includes Leveraging Data And Insights To Identify Target Accounts, Personalize Messaging, And Measure Roi.
