Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Senior Intellectual Property Counsel to join Cloudflare's Legal team and help protect our company's intellectual property. You'll be a key member of a vibrant, fast-paced team, and will be responsible for developing and executing Cloudflare's global IP strategy. If you have a passion for helping innovative companies protect their IP, we'd love to hear from you!To be successful in this role, you'll need a JD from an accredited law school and at least 6 years of IP experience, preferably in the technology industry. You should also have a deep understanding of IP law, including patent prosecution, trademark prosecution, copyright, trade secret law, and IP-related transactional work. Demonstrated experience working with software, hardware, and/or other technology-related products or services is a must. Additionally, experience in IP litigation is a plus.
