  1. Develop and maintain relationships with top clients to understand their business needs and provide solutions to help them achieve their goals.
  2. Drive business growth through strategic account management and upselling opportunities.
  3. Understand the digital landscape and stay updated on industry trends and innovations.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue targets.
  5. Effectively communicate and present Cloudflare's products and services to clients.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
  7. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  8. Monitor and analyze account metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  9. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
  10. Represent Cloudflare at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and generate new business leads.
  11. Stay updated on competitors' activities and provide insights to the sales team.
  12. Mentor and coach junior members of the sales team to help them achieve their goals.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to ensure successful execution of account strategies.
  14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of account activities and sales progress.
  15. Contribute to the development of sales strategies and processes to improve overall business performance.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Sales Experience: A Senior Digital Native Named Account Executive At Cloudflare Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Technology Or Cloud Industry. This Includes A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Strong Technical Knowledge: The Role Requires A Deep Understanding Of Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, And Internet Infrastructure. Candidates Must Have A Strong Technical Background And Be Able To Effectively Communicate Complex Ideas To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences.

  • Digital Native Expertise: As A Senior Digital Native Named Account Executive, The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Digital Landscape, Including Social Media, Digital Advertising, And E-Commerce. Experience In Selling Digital Products Or Services Is Highly Preferred.

  • Relationship Management Skills: The Position Involves Managing And Growing Relationships With Key Named Accounts. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Relationship Management Skills, Including The Ability To Build Trust And Rapport With Clients, Identify Their Needs, And Provide Effective Solutions.

  • Strategic Thinking: The Senior Digital Native Named Account Executive Will Be Responsible For Developing And Executing A Strategic Sales Plan For Their Assigned Accounts.
