Recruiting Operations Manager

Oversee and manage the recruiting operations process end to end; implementing creative solutions which improve the effectiveness of the recruiting team and help us scale for growth. Lead overall planning for recruiting operations portfolio, partnering with cross-functional teams as necessary, driving alignment through influence and collaboration. Represent priorities and influence business leaders to gain alignment around recruiting process changes and operational strategies. Regularly analyze and leverage recruiting metrics to assess recruiting health to drive informed decisions Design and execute on change management and communication principles to ensure successful implementation of program/process changes. Develop capacity planning aligned to the annual headcount planning process. Build and deliver a scaled resource model inclusive of a sizable contingent worker supplier strategy and in support of teams with seasonal workloads.
