Product Manager, Enterprise Readiness

1. Develop and execute a strategic plan for ensuring that Cloudflare's enterprise products are ready to meet the needs and requirements of our largest and most complex customers.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and marketing to understand customer needs and gather feedback on product readiness.
3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the enterprise software space.
4. Define product requirements and ensure they align with the company's overall strategy and goals.
5. Work closely with the engineering team to prioritize and drive the development of new features and enhancements for our enterprise products.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to understand their needs and gather feedback on product readiness.
7. Create and maintain documentation, including product roadmaps, feature specifications, and release plans.
8. Monitor product performance and usage data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
9. Lead product launches and ensure smooth and timely delivery of product updates to customers.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition to identify potential opportunities and threats to our enterprise product offerings.
11. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and support them in customer meetings and presentations.
12. Act as a subject matter expert on enterprise software and provide guidance and support to other teams within the company.
13. Train and mentor junior product managers and help them develop their skills and knowledge in enterprise product management.
14. Communicate product updates, features, and benefits to internal teams, customers, and partners.
