
Product Manager (Email Security Detections & Managed Services, Cloudflare Zero Trust)

- Lead the development and implementation of product strategy for Cloudflare's Email Security Detections & Managed Services and Zero Trust products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and marketing to define and prioritize product features and enhancements.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and industry trends, and use this information to guide product roadmap decisions.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and use this knowledge to differentiate and position Cloudflare's products.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing maintenance.
- Define and track key product metrics to measure the success and impact of new features and enhancements.
- Communicate product updates, roadmap, and plans to internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective product positioning and messaging.
- Provide guidance and support to the customer success team to ensure successful adoption and usage of the product.
- Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies to continuously enhance and evolve the product offerings.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to product development, launch, and maintenance.
- Mentor and support junior product team members and contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
- Continuously gather and incorporate customer feedback to improve and evolve the product.
- Represent Cloudflare's products at industry events and conferences, and act as a product expert for customer and partner meetings.
Strong Understanding Of Email Security Technologies And Industry Trends: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Knowledge Of Email Security Protocols, Tools, And Techniques Used To Detect And Prevent Email Threats. They Should Also Stay Updated On The Latest Industry Developments And Emerging Technologies In This Field.
Previous Experience In Product Management: A Product Manager For Email Security Detections & Managed Services At Cloudflare Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Launching Products In The Cybersecurity Space. This Includes Experience In Product Strategy, Market Analysis, And Product Lifecycle Management.
Familiarity With Cloud-Based Security Solutions: Cloudflare Is A Leading Provider Of Cloud-Based Security Solutions, And The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of These Technologies. This Includes Experience With Zero Trust Architectures, Cloud-Based Firewalls, And Other Related Tools.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Product Manager, The Candidate Will Be Working With Cross-Functional Teams Including Engineering, Sales, And Marketing.
