Product Manager (Email Security Detections & Managed Services, Cloudflare Zero Trust)

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and marketing to define and prioritize product features and enhancements.
3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and industry trends, and use this information to guide product roadmap decisions.
4. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and use this knowledge to differentiate and position Cloudflare's products.
5. Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing maintenance.
6. Define and track key product metrics to measure the success and impact of new features and enhancements.
7. Communicate product updates, roadmap, and plans to internal stakeholders and external customers.
8. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective product positioning and messaging.
9. Provide guidance and support to the customer success team to ensure successful adoption and usage of the product.
10. Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies to continuously enhance and evolve the product offerings.
11. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to product development, launch, and maintenance.
12. Mentor and support junior product team members and contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
13. Work closely with the engineering team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
14. Continuously gather and incorporate customer feedback to improve and evolve the product.
15. Represent Cloudflare's products at industry events and conferences, and act as a product expert for customer and partner meetings.
