Job Description

Welcome to Cloudflare, a leading internet security and performance company! We are looking for a Principal Partner Account Manager to join our team and drive growth in the New England region. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our strategic partners, driving revenue and market share, and developing go-to-market strategies. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a proven track record in developing and executing successful partner programs.   1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners in the New England region.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with partners to drive revenue and market share.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for partner programs.
  4. Monitor and analyze partner performance data to identify areas of improvement and make recommendations.
  5. Act as a liaison between Cloudflare and our partners, providing support and addressing any issues or concerns.
  6. Develop and deliver presentations, training sessions, and other materials to educate partners on Cloudflare's products and services.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform partner strategies.
  8. Lead negotiations and contract discussions with partners to ensure mutual success.
  9. Manage a portfolio of partner accounts, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert on partner programs and best practices, providing guidance and support to internal teams.
  11. Continuously seek out new partnership opportunities and make recommendations for potential collaborations.
  12. Represent Cloudflare at industry events and conferences to promote our partner program and build relationships.
  13. Act as a mentor and coach to other members of the partner account management team.
  14. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create and execute joint marketing initiatives with partners.
  15. Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and partner feedback to inform business strategies.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In A Strategic Account Management Role, Preferably In The Technology Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Large Enterprise Accounts.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The New England Market And Existing Relationships With Key Decision Makers In The Region.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Develop And Execute Strategic Account Plans, Drive Revenue Growth, And Exceed Sales Targets.
