  1. Develop and implement a strategic plan for building and maintaining strong partnerships with global organizations.
  2. Identify potential partner organizations and establish relationships with key decision-makers.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to align partner strategies with company goals.
  4. Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts to ensure mutual success and growth.
  5. Monitor and track partner performance and provide regular reports and updates to internal stakeholders.
  6. Act as the main point of contact for global partners, addressing any questions or concerns and maintaining a positive working relationship.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities.
  8. Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate joint marketing and sales efforts with partners.
  9. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Cloudflare's products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to partners.
  10. Represent Cloudflare at industry events and conferences to network and promote our partnership program.
  11. Develop and manage partner marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive awareness and adoption of Cloudflare's products.
  12. Monitor partner performance and identify areas for improvement, providing recommendations and implementing solutions.
  13. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure partner opportunities are identified and pursued.
  14. Provide guidance and support to junior partner account managers.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve the partner program to ensure its effectiveness and success.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Managing Global Accounts: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Managing Global Accounts, Preferably In The Technology Or Cloud Industry. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Key Accounts On A Global Scale.

  • Strong Understanding Of Cloud Technology: A Principal Global Partner Account Manager Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Cloud Technology And Its Application In The Business World. They Should Have Experience Working With Cloud-Based Solutions And Be Able To Effectively Communicate The Value Proposition Of These Solutions To Partners.

  • Excellent Communication And Relationship-Building Skills: This Role Requires Strong Communication And Relationship-Building Skills To Effectively Manage And Grow Key Global Accounts. The Candidate Should Be Able To Establish And Maintain Strong Relationships With Partners At All Levels, From Executives To Technical Teams.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Candidate Should Have A Strategic Mindset And Be Able To Think Critically And Creatively To Identify Opportunities For Growth Within Key Global Accounts. They Should Also Have Strong Problem-Solving Skills To Address Any Issues That May Arise With Partners.

  • Proven Sales And Negotiation Skills: The Principal Global Partner Account Manager Will Be Responsible For Driving Revenue Growth Through The Management Of Global Accounts. They Should Have A Strong Sales Background And Be Able To Negotiate And Close Deals With Partners To Achieve Revenue Targets.
