  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the mid-market segment, including industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  2. Identify and research potential clients and proactively reach out to them to establish and maintain relationships.
  3. Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, including conducting product demos, negotiating contracts, and addressing customer concerns.
  4. Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  6. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  7. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales tactics.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  9. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
  11. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and generate leads.
  12. Utilize CRM systems to track and manage all sales activities and customer information.
  13. Continuously strive to improve sales processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador and maintain a positive image of the company at all times.
  15. Embody the company's core values and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Sales, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In B2B Sales, Preferably In The Technology Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets In A Mid-Market Or Enterprise Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Cloud Computing, Saas, And Networking Technologies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
