  1. Lead and manage all technical projects within the company, ensuring their successful delivery according to set timelines and goals.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  3. Create and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  4. Monitor project progress and identify and address any issues or roadblocks that may arise.
  5. Mentor and provide guidance to project team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to complete their tasks.
  6. Communicate regularly with stakeholders and provide updates on project status, risks, and changes.
  7. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure the company remains at the forefront of internet security and performance.
  9. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners to ensure smooth project execution.
  11. Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to ensure alignment between technical projects and business goals.
  12. Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within allocated resources.
  13. Continuously track and report project metrics to measure the success and impact of technical projects.
  14. Take ownership of project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
