- Lead and manage a team of internal auditors, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high-quality work.
- Conduct and oversee complex financial and operational audits, including risk assessments, testing, and reporting.
- Identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions to enhance business processes and controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new processes and controls.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices, regulations, and standards related to internal audit and financial operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and external auditors.

- Act as a subject matter expert on internal audit matters, providing guidance and training to other team members.

Extensive Experience In Internal Audit: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Internal Audit, With A Proven Track Record Of Leading Successful Audit Teams And Implementing Best Practices.
Strong Financial Acumen: The Internal Audit Senior Director Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Finance And Accounting Principles, As Well As Experience In Financial Reporting, Budgeting, And Forecasting.
Knowledge Of Operations And Risk Management: A Strong Understanding Of Business Operations And Risk Management Is Crucial For This Role, As The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Identifying And Evaluating Potential Risks To The Organization.
