Internal Audit Manager

- Develop and implement internal audit strategies and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Oversee and manage the internal audit team to ensure timely and accurate completion of audits.
- Identify potential risks and areas of improvement within the company and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Conduct regular audits of company processes, systems, and controls to ensure effectiveness and identify any areas for improvement.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior management and collaborate with them to develop action plans.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance and audit-related matters.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory agencies as needed.
- Monitor and report on the status of audit findings and the implementation of corrective actions.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process improvements and best practices.
Experience In Internal Audit: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Internal Audit, With A Strong Understanding Of Audit Methodologies, Risk Assessment, And Control Frameworks.
Knowledge Of Cloud Computing: The Internal Audit Manager Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Cloud Computing And Its Related Technologies, As Cloudflare Is A Leading Provider Of Cloud-Based Services.
Strong Analytical Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Analyze Complex Data And Identify Trends, Patterns, And Anomalies. The Candidate Should Have Strong Critical Thinking Skills And The Ability To Communicate Findings Effectively.
Leadership And Management Skills: As An Internal Audit Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Auditors. Therefore, They Should Have Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With The Ability To Mentor, Train And Develop Team Members.
Professional Certifications: A Professional Certification Such As Certified Internal Auditor (Cia) Or Certified Information Systems Auditor (Cisa) Is Preferred For This Role. These Certifications Demonstrate Knowledge And Expertise In The Field Of Internal Audit And Provide A Competitive Advantage.
