
HR Benefits Administrator
Manage group benefits programs such as health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, workers comp, travel and accident, 401(k) retirement and other plans. Manage enrollments and determine employee eligibility. Administer COBRA qualifying events, ensuring compliance. Answer employee questions about benefit plans and processes, and refer to specialist as needed. Complete audits of flexible spending accounts for accuracy. Participate in monthly wellness meetings and setting initiatives. Ensure timely payment of monthly premiums by processing benefit reconciliations. Collaborate and maintain professional communication with accounting department. Assist with coordination of leaves of absence and process claims or requests (medical operations, worker’s compensation etc.).

Hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS), small-group training, and general benefit plans knowledge
