  1. Develop and maintain tools and infrastructure for the Workers Deploy & Config Team.
  2. Collaborate with team members to design and implement efficient and scalable solutions.
  3. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality.
  4. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  5. Stay updated with industry trends and continuously enhance skills to improve team's capabilities.
  6. Actively participate in team meetings and provide valuable insights.
  7. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of tools and features.
  8. Take ownership of projects and drive them to completion within the given timelines.
  9. Develop and maintain documentation for tools and processes.
  10. Identify and resolve performance issues to ensure a high-quality user experience.
  11. Collaborate with product and design teams to develop user-friendly interfaces.
  12. Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company by bringing innovative ideas and solutions.
  13. Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and suggest ways to incorporate them into the team's processes.
  14. Proactively communicate with stakeholders and provide progress updates on projects.
  15. Adhere to coding and security standards to ensure a secure and reliable system.

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency In Fullstack Development: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have A Strong Background In Fullstack Development, With Experience In Both Front-End And Back-End Technologies Such As Javascript, Html, Css, And Various Programming Languages.

  • Experience With Cloud Technologies: Cloudflare Is A Cloud-Based Platform, So It Is Essential That The Candidate Has Experience Working With Cloud Technologies Such As Aws, Azure, Or Google Cloud Platform. They Should Also Have A Good Understanding Of Infrastructure As Code And Be Able To Deploy And Configure Applications In A Cloud Environment.

  • Knowledge Of Devops Practices: The Workers Deploy & Config Team Is Responsible For Deploying And Configuring Cloudflare's Workers Product. Therefore, The Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Devops Practices, Including Ci/Cd, Automation, And Monitoring. Experience With Tools Such As Jenkins, Docker, And Kubernetes Is Also Preferred.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: As A Fullstack Software Engineer In This Team, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Troubleshooting And Resolving Complex Issues Related To Deploying And Configuring Applications. Therefore, They Should Have Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Be Able To Think Critically To Find Solutions.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: Cloudflare Is A Fast-Paced And Collaborative Environment, So The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills And Be Able To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams. They Should Also Be Able To Document Their Work And Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
