Field Solutions Engineer

We are currently looking to hire a talented and highly motivated Field Solutions Engineer to join our Cloudflare team. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver with a passion for technology and a desire to help our customers succeed. The Field Solutions Engineer will be responsible for providing technical and architectural guidance to customers and partners, as well as developing product and services solutions to meet customer requirements. We are seeking an individual with deep expertise in networking, distributed systems, and security. The ideal candidate must have experience in data center networking and cloud architectures, as well as a proven track record in customer-facing roles. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment. The successful candidate should also possess: • BS/MS in Computer Science/Engineering or related field • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role • Knowledge in routing and switching, virtualization, and security • Experience with distributed systems and cloud architectures • Expertise in network protocols and troubleshooting • Strong communication and presentation skills If you are an experienced professional with a passion for technology, we want to hear from you!
