Data and Privacy Operations Manager

Maintain and grow Cloudflare’s data governance program, including overseeing Cloudflare’s data inventory, data classification policy, and data retention policy; identifying data protection issues and proposing solutions; and translating practices into official policies and procedures to help mitigate risk while supporting business objectives. Partner with privacy counsel and business teams to develop and maintain scalable, systematic processes for maintaining Cloudflare’s data inventory, data map, and data retention and classification policies. Conduct privacy reviews of new vendors and routine privacy audits of existing vendors. Work closely with Cloudflare’s Privacy Program Manager in implementing relevant elements of Cloudflare’s privacy program. Work closely with Cloudflare’s Security Compliance team in designing and implementing evidence to meet privacy certification controls. Manage status and reporting to provide project clarity to team members and leadership to ensure timely deliverables.
