Business Operations Lead

In this role, you will be responsible for defining and owning the cross-functional programs and initiatives that will drive the growth of the Pay As You Go (PAYGO) business. You will own these from planning and analysis to execution and completion. The role will have broad exposure across functions and critical initiatives. Define and own programs and initiatives to support the growth of Pay As You Go users. Structure solutions to complex business problems across multiple functional areas - especially areas that are foundational in nature like billing, customer support, and finance. Gather and analyze large amounts of information and rapidly problem solve. Build consensus among multiple teams and influence decision making with leadership. Align and coordinate resources across teams.
