
Business Development Representative, Bangalore

- Act as the face of Cloudflare in the Bangalore region, representing our company and values to potential clients and partners.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and target market to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential customers.
- Identify and research potential new clients, including conducting market analyses, cold calling, and networking to generate leads.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and pain points, and offering customized solutions to meet their unique business challenges.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and execute strategies for expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth in the region.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote Cloudflare's products and services and build brand awareness.
- Utilize CRM tools and systems to track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and progress towards goals to the sales leadership team.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Cloudflare's competitive landscape and effectively communicate our differentiators to potential customers.
- Work closely with the customer success team to ensure a smooth transition from initial contact to onboarding and ongoing support for new customers.
- Continuously strive to exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company growth and success.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture, sharing best practices and ideas to improve sales processes and achieve team goals.
- Represent Cloudflare's core values of trust, transparency, and customer success in all interactions with potential customers and team members.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Business Development, Preferably In The Tech Industry.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Negotiate Effectively.
Knowledge And Understanding Of The Local Market And Business Landscape In Bangalore.
