Associate Director, Trust & Safety - Platform Operations

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and implement proactive measures to mitigate them.
4. Monitor and analyze platform data to identify any suspicious activity or potential security threats.
5. Work closely with our engineering teams to implement new security features and enhancements to our platform.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in trust and safety to continuously improve our processes.
7. Investigate and resolve any reported security or privacy incidents, ensuring prompt and effective response.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and regulatory bodies related to trust and safety.
9. Prepare and present reports on trust and safety metrics to senior management, highlighting any areas of concern or improvement.
10. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on trust and safety issues to internal and external stakeholders.
11. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations and enhance the overall security and safety of our platform.
12. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to trust and safety, including GDPR and CCPA.
13. Foster a culture of security and safety awareness within the company, promoting best practices and educating employees on their role in maintaining a secure platform.
14. Manage the budget and resources for the trust and safety team, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.
15. Act as a representative of Cloudflare in external events and conferences related to trust and safety.
