  1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Medical Subspecialties Institute at Cleveland Clinic.
  2. Ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care by providing strategic leadership and direction to the medical team.
  3. Foster a collaborative and innovative environment for the team of medical professionals, promoting teamwork and a shared vision.
  4. Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of quality and safety in patient care.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and institutes within Cleveland Clinic to promote interdisciplinary care and enhance patient outcomes.
  6. Utilize your extensive knowledge of medical subspecialties to provide guidance and support to the medical team.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, staff, and patients, to promote the success of the institute.
  8. Monitor and analyze departmental performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate strategies.
  9. Manage and allocate departmental resources, including budget, staff, and equipment, to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  10. Serve as a mentor and role model for the medical team, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in medical subspecialties to drive innovation and excellence in patient care.
  12. Represent the Medical Subspecialties Institute at meetings, conferences, and other events to promote the institute and its services.
  13. Collaborate with the Chief of the Medical Subspecialties Institute to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives.
  14. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance with applicable laws and standards.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and systems to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the institute.

Job Qualifications
  • Medical Degree From An Accredited Institution

  • Board Certification In A Relevant Subspecialty

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Clinical Experience

  • Previous Leadership Experience, Preferably At A Large Healthcare Institution

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Industry Trends And Ability To Develop Strategic Plans For The Institute's Growth And Success.
