  1. Develop and implement innovative solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform to improve healthcare systems efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Leverage expertise in information systems and technical skills to analyze and solve complex problems.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes.
  4. Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes and systems using the Power Platform.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in the Power Platform to ensure the organization is utilizing the latest tools and technologies.
  6. Provide technical support and training to end-users of the Power Platform.
  7. Ensure data integrity and security of all solutions and systems.
  8. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of all solutions and processes.
  9. Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements and provide updates on project status.
  10. Participate in project planning and coordination efforts to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
  11. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the Power Platform and its integrations.
  12. Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and best practices.
  13. Take ownership of projects and tasks assigned, ensuring they are completed within deadlines and meet quality standards.
  14. Participate in continuous learning and training to enhance skills and stay current with advancements in the Power Platform.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Systems Analysis, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Microsoft Power Platform, Including Power Apps, Power Automate, And Power Bi.

  • Experience With Data Modeling, Database Design, And Sql Query Writing.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Translate Business Requirements Into Technical Solutions.
