- Assist surgeons during procedures: As a Surgical Technologist, your main responsibility will be to assist surgeons during various procedures. This includes setting up and maintaining sterile fields, passing instruments and supplies to the surgeon, and anticipating the needs of the surgical team.
- Ensure highest level of patient care and safety: The safety and well-being of our patients is our top priority. You will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment and supplies are properly sterilized and that all safety protocols are followed during procedures.

- Collaborate with the surgical team: As a team player, you will be expected to collaborate and communicate effectively with the surgical team, including surgeons, nurses, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain surgical equipment and supplies: You will be responsible for properly maintaining and organizing surgical equipment and supplies, as well as ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition.
- Attend trainings and continuing education: As a Surgical Technologist, you will be expected to attend trainings and continuing education opportunities
Completion Of An Accredited Surgical Technologist Program Or Equivalent Education And Training.
Minimum Of One Year Experience Working As A Surgical Technologist In An Operating Room Setting.
Certification As A Certified Surgical Technologist (Cst) Or Tech In Surgery-Certified (Ts-C) From The National Board Of Surgical Technology And Surgical Assisting (Nbstsa).
Proficiency In A Variety Of Surgical Procedures And Equipment, Including Knowledge Of Sterile Technique, Instrumentation, And Supplies.
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Work Efficiently And Effectively In A Fast-Paced, High-Stress Environment.
