1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Sterile Processing Department (SPD) to ensure the timely and effective sterilization of all surgical instruments and equipment.
2. Develop and implement policies and procedures for the proper handling, sterilization, and storage of all surgical instruments and equipment.
