  14. Adhere to ethical and professional standards of nursing practice.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work culture within the healthcare team.
  16. Represent Cleveland Clinic with professionalism and integrity at all times.
  17. Comply with all legal and regulatory requirements related to nursing practice.
  18. Provide support and guidance to less experienced staff members as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Valid Rn License: Candidates Must Possess A Current And Valid Rn License From The State Of Ohio Or Be Eligible For Licensure.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Is Required For This Role.

  • Clinical Experience: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Recent Clinical Experience In A Hospital Setting, Preferably In A Similar Specialty.

  • Bls And Acls Certification: Basic Life Support (Bls) And Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) Certifications Are Required For This Position.

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills: The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Patients, Families, And Interdisciplinary Healthcare Team Members Is Essential For Success In This Role.
