
Speech Pathologist
Cleveland Clinic is seeking an experienced and compassionate Speech Pathologist to join our exceptional team of professionals. As an integral part of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment to individuals with communication and related disorders. We are looking for an individual who is dedicated to providing excellent patient care, has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and is a team player.The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program and a valid Speech-Language Pathology license in the state of Ohio. In addition, the candidate must have at least two years of experience as a Speech Pathologist in a healthcare setting. Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive evaluation and treatment of individuals with communication and related disorders
- Provide excellent patient care with a compassionate attitude
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Work collaboratively with members of the interdisciplinary team
- Maintain a valid Speech-Language Pathology license in the state of Ohio
- Keep up-to-date on current and emerging trends in the field of Speech-Language Pathology
- Adhere to regulatory and compliance guidelines set forth by the Cleveland Clinic and other applicable entities
- Utilize evidence-based practices and techniques to assess and treat patients
- Develop individualized treatment plans for each patient based on their unique needs
- Document all patient care activities in accordance with standards
