Speech Language Pathologist PRN Home Care

We are looking for an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join the Home Care team at Cleveland Clinic as a PRN. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population in a team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing speech and language therapy services that are tailored to the individual needs of each patient. The successful candidate must have a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, as well as a valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in speech-language pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, and excellent time-management and organizational abilities. Responsibilities:

-Provide speech and language therapy services tailored to individual patient needs -Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans -Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed -Administer tests to evaluate language and speech development -Work collaboratively with other healthcare members and members of the interdisciplinary team -Document patient progress and prepare reports -Assist with the implementation of patient care plans -Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current trends and best practices in speech-language pathology -Provide patient and family education regarding the treatment plan and assist with follow-up care -Maintain accurate and complete patient records
