
Specialty Care Coordinator
The Cleveland Clinic is currently searching for an experienced and reliable Specialty Care Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about making a difference in patient care and providing excellent customer service. This role will require excellent organizational and communication skills in order to ensure that our specialty care patients receive the highest quality of care. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of two years' experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a specialty care field. They must possess a strong understanding of the healthcare system and be able to effectively coordinate patient care and services. A background in medical records and health information management is preferred. The successful candidate must be a self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing the highest quality of care.
