  1. Conduct financial analysis and due diligence on potential corporate development opportunities.
  2. Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate the financial impact of potential transactions.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities and industry trends.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans for corporate development initiatives.
  5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion within budget.
  6. Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior management and key stakeholders.
  7. Evaluate potential M&A opportunities and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
  8. Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure all transactions are in compliance with regulations and company policies.
  9. Identify and assess potential risks and provide recommendations to mitigate them.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and industry experts.
  11. Stay updated on industry developments and trends to inform corporate development strategies.
  12. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  13. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting for corporate development activities.
  14. Represent the organization at industry events and conferences.
  15. Uphold the values and mission of the organization while promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Or Management Consulting.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Healthcare Industry Trends, Competitive Landscape, And Regulatory Environment.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Various Stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business, Or A Related Field; Mba Or Other Advanced Degree Preferred.
