1. Provide exceptional patient care: The primary responsibility of an RN New Grad in the Emergency Department is to provide high-quality, compassionate care to our patients. This includes assessing patient needs, administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
2. Work in a fast-paced environment: The Emergency Department is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and it is essential for the RN New Grad to be able to work efficiently and effectively in this setting. 3.
