• Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to critically ill patients in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU)
• Utilize clinical expertise and critical thinking skills to manage complex medical conditions and maintain patient stability
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient
• Monitor and assess patient's vital signs, administer medications, and perform various procedures in accordance with established protocols and standards of care

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and preventive care measures
