  1. Provide exceptional patient care in the Cleveland Clinic ICU, using evidence-based practices and the latest medical advancements.
  2. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  3. Assess and monitor patients' conditions, including vital signs, lab results, and medication administration.
  4. Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
  5. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
  6. Document all patient interactions, assessments, and interventions accurately and in a timely manner.
  7. Maintain a high level of clinical competence and continuously seek opportunities for professional development.
  8. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
  9. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  10. Serve as an advocate for patients and their families, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed.
  11. Assist in the orientation and training of new nursing staff.
  12. Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during difficult times.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
  14. Adhere to ethical and legal standards of nursing practice.
  15. Participate in unit and hospital-wide meetings, committees, and projects to improve patient care and unit operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) Certification

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) From An Accredited Institution

  • Current Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Ohio

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In An Icu Setting

  • Excellent Critical Thinking And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Fast-Paced And High-Stress Environment
