- Provide exceptional patient care: This includes assessing, monitoring, and addressing the physical and emotional needs of patients, administering treatments and medications, and educating patients and their families about their condition and treatment plan.
- Conduct research: Utilize your knowledge and experience in cardiology to assist in conducting research studies and clinical trials. This may involve collecting and analyzing data, participating in research protocols, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals and researchers.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records: Keep thorough and accurate records of patient care, research data, and other important information in accordance with clinic policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, researchers, and support staff, to ensure coordinated and effective patient care and research activities.
- Stay current with industry developments: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in cardiology and research, including attending conferences, seminars, and workshops, and reading relevant literature.
- Adhere to ethical and safety standards: Follow all ethical and safety guidelines in patient care and research activities, including maintaining patient confidentiality, obtaining informed consent, and adhering to institutional policies and regulations.
- Provide support and guidance to patients: Act as a source of support and guidance for patients and their families, answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing resources and referrals as needed.
- Demonstrate a commitment to quality improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and research processes, and identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) From An Accredited Institution.
Active Rn Licensure In The State Of Ohio.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Cardiac Outpatient Setting.
Certification In Cardiac Rehabilitation Or Cardiovascular Nursing, Such As Through Aacvpr Or Ancc.
Strong Knowledge Of Current Research And Evidence-Based Practices Related To Cardiac Care.
