1. Provide exceptional patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients in the Ambulatory Urology department.
2. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive urological treatment plans for patients.
3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
4. Monitor and document patient symptoms, progress, and vital signs.
5. Educate patients and their families on urological conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
