3. Conduct patient assessments: You will be responsible for conducting initial and ongoing assessments of patients' dermatological conditions, as well as monitoring their progress and making adjustments to their treatment plans as needed.
4. Administer treatments and medications: You will administer various treatments and medications to patients, following established protocols and ensuring patient safety.
5. Educate patients and families: As a healthcare professional, you will play a crucial role in educating patients and their families about their condition, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
6. Maintain accurate records: It will be your responsibility to accurately document patient information, treatment plans, and progress in electronic medical records.
7. Adhere to clinical protocols and standards: You will follow established clinical protocols and standards to ensure the delivery of safe and effective care to our patients.
8. Communicate with patients and families: You will communicate regularly with patients and their families to provide updates on their condition, address any concerns, and answer questions.
9. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team: You will work closely with other members of the interdisciplinary team, including physicians, pharmacists, and social workers, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients.
