RN Ambulatory Dermatology

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Ambulatory Dermatology team at Cleveland Clinic. As a key member of our team, you will use your experience and expertise to deliver high-quality patient care, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. Our ideal candidate has a passion for healthcare and strong communication and organizational skills.The required qualifications for this role include an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; current, unrestricted RN license in the state of Ohio; a minimum of one year of experience in an ambulatory care setting; and knowledge of Dermatology. Additionally, you must be able to prioritize tasks and possess excellent time management skills. Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) and experience with computerized charting systems is a plus.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide high-quality patient care in an ambulatory care setting, with a focus on customer service.
2. Utilize knowledge of Dermatology to assess patient needs and provide appropriate care.
3. Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
4. Maintain current, unrestricted RN license in the state of Ohio.
5. Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) and computerized charting systems, as necessary.
6. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure best patient outcomes.
7. Monitor patient progress and document care plans.
8. Respond to patient questions and concerns in a timely manner.
9. Provide patient education and counseling on health topics.
10. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
