Job Description

Cleveland Clinic is seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Ambulatory Cardiac Rehabilitation team. In this role, you will serve as a vital component of the patient care team, providing high-quality care to patients with cardiac conditions. We are looking for a skilled and compassionate RN who has experience in the cardiac rehabilitation setting and who is committed to helping our patients achieve their wellness goals.The ideal candidate for the RN Ambulatory-Cardiac Rehab role will be a strong communicator who is detail-oriented and demonstrates a commitment to patient-focused care. You must have a current RN license in Ohio and possess at least one year of nursing experience in the cardiac rehabilitation setting. Additionally, you must possess a high level of critical thinking and decision-making skills, as well as an ability to problem-solve. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high-quality care to patients with cardiac conditions in the cardiac rehabilitation setting.
  2. Maintain current RN license in Ohio and stay informed of any changes in state regulations.
  3. Demonstrate excellent communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  4. Collaborate with the patient care team to create individualized care plans.
  5. Educate patients on their condition, treatments, and lifestyle changes to improve their cardiac health.
  6. Follow up with patients to monitor progress and outcomes.
  7. Document patient care and progress in accordance with established protocols.
  8. Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
  9. Participate in continuing education programs to stay up-to-date on best practices in the field.
  10. Adhere to hospital policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
