- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Accurately collect and enter patient demographic and insurance information into the system.
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations.
- Assist patients with completing required forms and paperwork.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients, physicians, and other departments.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with patients as needed.
- Educate patients on their financial responsibilities and collect payments.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless registration process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or concerns related to patient registration.
- Keep up-to-date with industry changes and updates related to insurance and registration processes.
