- Provide compassionate and skilled critical care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Cleveland Clinic.

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.

Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) From An Accredited Program: A Bsn Is The Minimum Educational Requirement For A Registered Nurse - Icu Position At Cleveland Clinic. This Degree Prepares Nurses With The Knowledge And Skills Necessary For Critical Care Settings.
Current Rn License In The State Of Ohio: All Nurses At Cleveland Clinic Must Hold A Valid Rn License In The State Of Ohio. This Ensures That They Are Familiar With State-Specific Laws And Regulations Related To Nursing Practice.
Certification In Critical Care Nursing (Ccrn): Cleveland Clinic Highly Values Specialized Certification In Critical Care Nursing. Applicants With A Ccrn Certification Will Have An Advantage Over Those Without It.
