Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

1. Implement behavior intervention plans: The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will be responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans as outlined by the ABA therapists. This includes following specific protocols and techniques to address behavioral issues and promote positive behaviors in individuals with special needs.
2. Provide direct one-on-one therapy: The RBT will work directly with children and adults with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities to provide one-on-one therapy sessions. This may include teaching new skills, reinforcing positive behaviors, and addressing challenging behaviors.
3. Collaborate with ABA therapists: The RBT will work closely with ABA therapists to understand and implement behavior intervention plans. This may involve attending team meetings, providing progress updates, and seeking guidance from the therapists when needed.
