  1. Maintain and optimize radiology systems to ensure they meet the needs of clinicians and support staff.
  2. Troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions to technical problems related to radiology systems.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to identify system requirements and implement necessary changes.
  4. Monitor system performance and proactively identify and address any potential issues.
  5. Train and educate end-users on the proper use of radiology systems and provide ongoing support.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and advancements in radiology technology to continuously improve and enhance systems.
  7. Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals and standard operating procedures.
  8. Evaluate and recommend new systems or upgrades to existing systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  9. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain the security and integrity of patient data within the radiology systems.
  10. Collaborate with vendors to resolve technical issues and implement system upgrades.
  11. Participate in project planning and implementation related to radiology systems.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operation of radiology systems.
  13. Maintain a high level of customer service and respond promptly to user inquiries and concerns.
  14. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including those related to safety and confidentiality.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and workflows related to radiology systems.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience Working In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In Radiology.

  • Strong Understanding Of Radiology Systems, Including Pacs, Ris, And Dicom.

  • Experience With System Implementation, Upgrades, And Troubleshooting.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Other Departments And Vendors.
