- Monitor and ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols and regulations.
- Continuously stay updated on new technology and techniques in radiation therapy.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and families throughout the treatment process.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and assist in developing new protocols and procedures.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards of conduct in all interactions with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Attend and participate in team meetings, trainings, and other professional development opportunities.

Bachelor's Degree In Radiation Therapy Or A Related Field From An Accredited Institution.
Certification From The American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists (Arrt) In Radiation Therapy.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Radiation Therapy Setting.
Knowledge Of Advanced Treatment Techniques And Technologies, Such As Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (Imrt) And Image Guided Radiation Therapy (Igrt).
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With A Multidisciplinary Team And Provide Patient Education And Support.
